Description:
The Arkie jighead design is THE Standard for bass jigs. The Slow Elk jighead is a premium S-style Arkie jighead made with a Mustad 32729BLN Ultra Point hook, oven-cured powder paint and a ball collar for attaching skirts. The wide, yet tapered head design allows the jig to sit or be dragged on the bottom without tipping over and getting the hook snagged. It is available in a regular jighead version, weedless version with a fiber weedguard, or a flipping version made with a heavy fiber weedguard and a Mustad 32786BLN Flipping hook.
Use: Bass fishing: a skirt can be added to make a bass jig; a plastic bait like a hula grub, spider grub, crawdad bait or stickbait can be fished on the jighead.
