Rampage Jig
Description:
The Rampage Jig is a versatile bait that can be fished like a jig, a spinnerbait, a crankbait or even a buzzbait! Fish it slowly along the bottom and it is a jig with a subtle vibration; reel it mid-depth and it is a swimming jig or crankbait with strong vibration; fish it fast just below the surface and it is a waking spinnerbait or buzzbait that vibrates like crazy. The blade attached to the jighead puts out tremendous vibrations and the holographic prism tape on the blade adds flash to attract fish; the baitfish profile of the jig and the pulsating skirt convince them to eat it. The Rampage Jig made with a super sharp Black Nickel Mustad UltraPoint 32798BLN flat-eye hook, oven-cured powder paint and a custom skirt attached to the jighead with coated wire instead of rubber skirt collars that can rot and break. This jighead has a skirt collar ring plus a keeper barb for retaining plastic trailers. The weedless version features a nylon fiber weedguard to allow the bait to be used in or around weeds and other cover.
The jigheads without skirts can be fished with a variety of plastic baits: flukes, shad bodies, toad/frog bodies, worms, grubs, or even lizards. Rampage Jigs are also available with Mustad 32796/BLN flipping hooks for bigger fish.
