Here are some examples of websites that I have designed:
This website was built for a disaster relief organization in Marsing, Idaho. It is a CSS design layout.

I re-designed the school district's website from an old frames layout to a CSS design. The original colors and material were retained.

The Firehouse Sports Pub website was originally done as a school assignment, but with the intent of using the website for the business. I used the colors from the Firehouse Sports Pub logo for the website: black, yellow, orange and white. The Pub itself has red-orange walls and the wall behind the bar has vertically-oriented brick; I used similar patterns for the backgrounds on the website to make the website have the same "feel" as the Pub. The flames were a request from the owner, but they fit in with the firehouse feel.

I built this website for the Fishing Tackle division of my small home-based company. It started with a frame-style layout, but was recently updated to CSS layout; a conversion to on-line ordering will hopefully be coming someday.
Elken Lures Website
This is the first website I designed and built. I updated this website to a CSS design layout in December 2009.
The Snake River Bassmasters Website
This is a frames-style website I built 8 or 9 years ago; it was the second website that I built. It is about due for an update to a CSS design layout and I have plans to do it sometime in 2010.
The Idaho Bass Federation Website
I did this website for my Flash class in school; it is made completely with Adobe Flash©. The photo gallery has clickable thumbnails that bring up larger photos. The larger photos fade in rather than just pop up. It was an interesting website to design and build. I used photos of Lake Owyhee and natural colors throughout the website.

The website for the Beatrice Spa and Beauty Salon was done as a school project. I did this website in Adobe Fireworks© so that I could add pop-up menus in the navigation. I used colors that the spa owner used in her building and tried to match the fonts in her logo so that the website has the same look and feel as her business.

The Singing Crab Cajun Bayou Restaurant is another school project. Based on the text that I got from the owner, I gave this website a looser and more easy-going feel. I revised the logo with new colors; the old logo was too bland. The orange colors on the website should stimulate the viewers appetites and encourage them to go to the restaurant. I would have liked to have some quality photos of Cajun food and their Cajun band for this website, but none were available.

Here is another schoolwork website, this time for a company selling unique coffee cups. Most of the photos and text were supplied, but I did the layout and design work. I made the faded-out rainbow background so that the website had a bright and cheerful, but not overpowering background.
The Coffee Cup Company Website
Here is another schoolwork website, this time for a company selling burritos and other Mexican food. Most of the photos and text were supplied, but I chose the color scheme, and did the layout and design.
The California Burrito Company Website
Here is another schoolwork website, this time for a jewlery company. Most of the photos and text were supplied, but I did the color scheme, the layout and the design.
The Silver Spark Jewelery Website
This is a webpage prototype that I made in Fireworks. It could be used to send to a customer to show them the design, color scheme and layout of a potential website, but without the working links. I designed a color scheme and logo that fit in with "ice wine". I elected to use pop-up menus in the navigation. There are two pages; one an "about" page and one a "sales" page.
