Jig Worm Jighead
Description:
Jig Worm Jigheads are tapered, wedge-shaped jigheads with oven-cured powder paint and eye sockets for the reflective holographic eyes. These jigheads feature super sharp tempered light wire hooks designed to stick and easily penetrate a fish’s mouth on even light bites. This head is designed to resist snags on rocky bottoms, and gets in where others can’t! It slips between stones that would hang up a typical round head jig. Small straight or curly tailed finesse worms can be threaded onto the jigheads to complete the jig worm. The smaller sizes of these jigheads also work extremely well for making Float-n-Fly jigs. The jighead has a skirt collar ring and keeper barb. Jig Worm Jigheads are available with Eagle Claw LazerSharp hooks in sizes 2/0 and 3/0 and Black Nickel Sickle hooks in sizes 2/0, 3/0, and 4/0. Jigheads are also available with Gamakastu G114 hooks, Owner 5318 hooks, Mustad 32746BLN or Mustad 32831BLN long shank hooks for added cost.
Use: Jig fishing with finesse worms, grubs or other plastic baits; tie up with hair or marabou for Float-n-Fly jigs
